A calf is fat over muscle — and only the subcutaneous fat layer can be dissolved or removed. If your calf shape is mostly muscle, fat treatment won't change it much, and the honest first step is telling you how much of your calf is fat versus muscle.

Risks, and how we lower them.
Every medical treatment carries risk, and a clinic that hides it isn't one to trust. Non-surgical routes(Injection, ART-TUNE) may cause temporary swelling, tenderness or bruising at the injection sites, and rarely small firm nodules; results are gradual. ART-FAT liposuction is surgery — expect swelling, bruising and temporary numbness, with less common risks including contour irregularity, fluid collection or infection.
ARTNER lowers these risks deliberately: an internal-medicine specialist screens you for cardiovascular, metabolic and endocrine issues first; procedures are awake under local anesthesia, removing the risks of general anesthesia entirely; and we book one case a day, so the director's full attention is on you. When a case isn't safe yet, we say so.
