Why summer is the hardest window in Gangnam
Seoul summers run hot and very humid, with a monsoon period in July. Heat makes swelling feel worse, sweat irritates dressings and access points, and the instinct to jump into a cold shower or a pool runs straight into the two-week restriction on baths and swimming.
It is entirely doable — the clinic is air-conditioned and so is your hotel — but if you have a choice, spend those weeks somewhere else and come to Cheongdam in autumn.

Why autumn and spring suit a treatment trip
Mild temperatures mean you can walk, which is the single most useful thing you can do for swelling. Dry air is kinder to healing skin, and layering lets you dress comfortably over a treated area without overheating.
