These non-surgical routes may cause temporary swelling, tenderness or small bruising at the injection sites, and rarely small firm nodules; results are gradual, not instant. The main risk with facial fat treatment is over-treatment — an over-hollowed face that ages poorly.
ARTNER lowers these risks deliberately: an internal-medicine specialist screens you first, we plan the face conservatively for how it will age, and we'll honestly advise less — or a different route — when that's right.
