Local anesthesia only — you stay fully conscious, with no general anesthesia and no sedation. It removes the highest-risk part of liposuction, and you walk out the same day. Best for single-area, lower-volume cases.
36 kHz ultrasound emulsifies fat before gentle suction — sparing vessels and nerves for less bruising, better skin retraction, and the option of HD definition. Ideal for fibrous fat and revision.
Abdomen, both flanks and full back sculpted in one continuous awake session — a genuine hourglass from every angle, without the step-lines a single-area procedure leaves behind.
Correcting asymmetry, lumps, divots and over-resection from a prior lipo done elsewhere — VASER releases scar tissue, fat grafting refills. Honest about a realistic 60–80% correction.

Yes. Every liposuction at ARTNER is performed awake with no general anesthesia — part of our 3NO standard: no general anesthesia, no compression garment, one case a day. Awake technique additionally uses local anesthesia only, with no sedation.
Dr. Pyeon selects the technique at consultation after a physical exam — assessing your fat type (soft vs fibrous), skin elasticity, the number of areas and your goal. Fibrous fat and definition favour VASER; a whole waist favours 360°; a previous result needs revision; single small areas suit awake technique. It's matched to your body, not a default.
Every patient is medically screened first by Dr. Pyeon, an Internal Medicine specialist, and only one case is booked per day so he performs your procedure with full attention. Avoiding general anesthesia removes a major category of surgical risk, and staying awake lets the director check symmetry in real time.
It depends on the technique — a single-area awake case may need only a few days, while a larger 360° case usually calls for around 10–14 days. We plan the procedure and your recovery around your travel dates in advance on WhatsApp.
