Structure from the inside.
The nose has little soft tissue to work with, so a thread lift adds gentle internal structure: absorbable PDO threads placed along the midline of the bridge lift and straighten it slightly, while threads in the tip firm and project it. The change is immediate and, because PDO stimulates collagen, a little support remains as the threads dissolve.
It's a subtle refinement — millimetres, not a new nose. For big structural change or a very flat bridge, we'll be honest that a surgical rhinoplasty or implant is the better tool. But for a sharper profile with almost no downtime, nose threads are an elegant option.

Every medical treatment carries some risk. For the nose, expect temporary redness, warmth, mild swelling or small bruising; less commonly, uneven results or sensitivity. Results build gradually and are not permanent — a course and periodic maintenance keep them.
