VASER (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance) uses 36 kHz ultrasound to break fat cells apart before they're gently suctioned — preserving surrounding vessels, nerves and connective tissue for less trauma and better skin retraction than mechanical liposuction.
That makes VASER the preferred choice for fibrous fat (the back, male chest, upper abdomen), for higher-definition sculpting, and for revision cases with scar tissue. It also gives a moderate skin-tightening benefit. At ARTNER it's performed awake with no general anesthesia, using KFDA-approved equipment, with energy calibrated by the director to your tissue type.

Tumescent
Dilute local anesthetic is infiltrated; the fluid also carries the ultrasound energy through the tissue.

Definition is calibration, not luck.
VASER's result depends on energy calibration — too much causes seroma, too little won't emulsify fibrous fat. My internal-medicine and aesthetic training means I tune the energy to your tissue density, and I'd rather give you a believable line than an over-etched one.
